What products do you manufacture?

Our products are used in office projects, home interiors, shopping mall stores, and restaurant spaces.
Can products be customized? How long is the sampling cycle?
Yes. Standard sampling usually takes 3-10 days, while complex customization depends on the exact requirement.
Can I customize the packaging?
Yes. Neutral packaging or custom logo and label packaging is available upon request.
Are your products certified?
Yes. ISO, CE, RoHS, and other certifications can be provided according to product and market requirements.
Can you provide brochures?

How can I get a quotation?
Send product drawings, dimensions, materials, quantities, and your contact email. We will prepare the quotation and reply as quickly as possible.

Can you do EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP terms?
Yes. We support multiple trade terms, and the main shipping ports are Tianjin, Qingdao, and Guangzhou.

Delivery & Shipping
Can I get a sample first? How long does it take?
Yes. Samples are available, and the usual sampling time is 3-7 days depending on complexity.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Bulk orders usually take 15-30 days. Timing may change during peak season or when special materials are required.
Do you have stock? Is delivery on time?
Some regular models are kept in stock, and production plus shipment are arranged strictly according to the confirmed lead time.
Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes. Mixed orders are supported to help buyers reduce inventory pressure.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We can ship by air, sea, or express, and support trade terms such as FOB, CIF, and DDP.
Do you accept long-term partnerships or distributor agreements?

Where is your factory located? Can we visit?
Our factory is in Langfang, Hebei, China. Factory visits are welcome by appointment.
